Use this source to help craft your defense

Administrative citations were never meant for what they are being used for. Most of the issues charged prior to Gov. code 53069.4 were issues heard in a court of law as a 'crime' where YOU mounted a defense, had constitutional protections, and were fairly treated. Rarely were most small issues charged as it was troublesome for a city to charge people for trash cans, alarms, etc. The Joan Gallo white paper in the download section of main website gives the history.

Read and study the issues we have provided. The site will save you time and assist you in preparing for your hearing and a court battle if necessary.

Today they can ticket you for $1,000,000. These are serious Issues. It takes hard work to put a successful defense. Good luck.
